We regret any inconvenience that the closing of our business has caused you. After more than quarter century in business, Classic Stereo & Video finally succumbed to the pressures from the “big box” chains, internet retailers, a long-slumping economy, a weak housing market and the credit crunch. We could have dealt with any number of those challenges, but all of them combined was simply too much. In the end it was simply an inability to get refinanced in the current credit market. We had hoped to conduct a more orderly liquidation but business factors do not allow us to do so.
